How to I file a warranty claim for my E-CPU pump?

While we do everything we can to make sure your product is operating at the standards you expect for as long as possible, sometimes things do go wrong. And for us to be able to repair and return your item so that the time you are separated from it is kept to the absolute minimum, we will need all the information we can get.

So, please click submit claim below, than check your email for return instructions. All returned E-CPU pumps must be PRE-PAID. Please return to our state of the art repair center where your pump with be water tested by a Factory Trained Certified tech.
